1. Overview
These Terms of Service set out the conditions under which Pendley Performance (“we”, “us”, “our”) provides coaching and related services to clients (“you”, “your”). By engaging our services, booking sessions, or using our website, you agree to these terms.
2. Services provided
Pendley Performance provides:
Performance coaching informed by sport psychology
Workshops and clinics
Showjumping coaching and related equestrian services
All services are non-clinical and skills-based. We do not provide therapy, counselling, or mental health treatment.
3. Coaching disclaimer
Performance coaching is designed to support skill development, confidence, and performance. It is not a substitute for medical, psychological, or therapeutic care. You are responsible for seeking appropriate professional support where required.
4. Bookings and payment
Sessions and services must be booked in advance
Payment terms will be agreed at the time of booking
Block bookings may be offered and must be used within the agreed timeframe
Details relating to pricing and payment will be confirmed directly.
5. Cancellations and rescheduling
Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be charged in full
Where possible, sessions will be rescheduled rather than cancelled
Pendley Performance reserves the right to reschedule sessions due to unforeseen circumstances
6. Client responsibility
You are responsible for:
Providing accurate information
Engaging with coaching in a constructive and appropriate manner
Ensuring suitability for participation in ridden activities where applicable
For ridden services, you remain responsible for your own safety and that of your horse.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pendley Performance shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from the use of our services.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
8. Intellectual property
All materials provided during coaching, workshops, or via the website remain the intellectual property of Pendley Performance and may not be reproduced or distributed without permission.
9. Website use
Website content is provided for general information only. We make reasonable efforts to ensure accuracy but do not guarantee completeness or suitability for individual circumstances.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
